Fix for Lag?

Could this really be? A fix for lag? Well yes everyone CoolBlade has made a great discovery, using a proxy Will help with some people's lag. Even if you do not lag I would recommend doing this. I personal went from getting .4s to .1s in page builds. About 90% of the people I have talked to, proxies have worked for them. Stop the blabbering and get to the details you say? Well here is how you do it:

Internet Options->Connections->select dial up connection and click settings. Enter in a proxy.
For Cable, DSL ect:
Internet Options->Connections->Lan Settings Enter in proxy.
